Our Principles

Policy LINK’s global team seeks to practice internally the behaviors and approaches that we use with our partners and clients, to be creative and resourceful in finding local solutions and opportunities, and to build a culture of continuous learning and growth. We strive to accomplish these goals by practicing five principles in our work.

What principles do you apply in your work? Check out our social media channels to share your story or learn more about the work of our favorite partners.

1. We work together in teams; we always put our teams' interests above our own.

2. We develop meaningful relationships based on listening, healthy communication, respect and humility.

3. We are self-aware of our competencies: we build on our talents and strive to contribute where they are greatest.

4. We learn and adapt from our successes and failures, always open to new ideas and better ways to work.

5. We are disciplined; we demand the most of ourselves in achieving our absolute best.
